We are recruiting a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a specialist secondary SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) school in Aldershot. This is a rewarding opportunity to support young people who benefit from a more personalised and structured approach to education. Working alongside teachers and pastoral staff, you will help students build confidence, develop emotional regulation, engage with learning, and achieve positive outcomes.
