About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, motivated and resilient Behaviour Support Worker to join a specialist behaviour support service working alongside mainstream primary settings. This role offers the opportunity to work within a highly skilled team that supports children, families and schools through early intervention and targeted behavioural support. The service works collaboratively with education professionals and families to help children develop positive behaviour, improve engagement and access learning successfully.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct support for children who present with complex or challenging behaviours
