Level 3 Teaching Assistant - Chorley Location: Chorley Job Title: Level 3 Teaching Assistant Pay Rate: £16.00 - £17.00 per hour Length of Role: Academic Year Setting: Mainstream Primary School Level 3 Teaching Assistant Required - Chorley We are recruiting for a skilled and motivated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a mainstream primary school in Chorley for the academic year. This is an excellent opportunity for a Teaching Assistant looking for a long-term role where they can make a positive contribution to children's educational journeys and support classroom success. Key Responsibilities Support class teachers in delivering high-quality lessons. Provide one-to-one and small group support. Assist with differentiated learning activities. Help maintain a positive and productive learning environment. Support children's social, emotional, and academic development. Encourage participation and confidence in learning. Prepare classroom resources and learning materials. Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed at all times. Requirements Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Supporting Teaching and Learning (essential). Experience working within a mainstream primary school. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Understanding of safeguarding and child protection. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to work collaboratively with staff and pupils.
