We're looking for enthusiastic and resilient Cover Supervisors to join a fantastic secondary school in the Abergavenny area, supporting pupils aged 11-16 (Key Stages 3 & 4).

What You'll Be Doing

As a Cover Supervisor, you'll step into the classroom when teachers are absent and:

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons and activities.
  • Keep students focused, engaged, and on task.
  • Manage classroom behaviour confidently and positively.
  • Motivate and support pupils of varying abilities.
  • Create a safe, respectful, and productive learning environment.
  • Liaise with teaching staff regarding lesson outcomes and completed work.
  • Become a positive role model for young people.

No lesson planning required. No marking required. Just bring your confidence, communication skills, and ability to lead.
