Are you a passionate and dedicated Secondary Teacher looking for your next full-time opportunity? Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in the Rhondda Cynon Taf (RCT) area to recruit an enthusiastic teacher to join their team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to inspire and support pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4 (ages 11–16) while becoming part of a supportive school community.
As a Secondary School Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where every pupil can succeed.
- Monitor, assess and track pupil progress, adapting your teaching to meet individual needs.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
- Support pupils with a range of abilities, including those with Additional Learning Needs (ALN).
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to help pupils achieve their full potential.

To be considered for this position, you must have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) in the Teacher category
- An Enhanced DBS Certificate on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one through Teaching Personnel
- Two recent professional references from education settings
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own transport
