We are seeking two dedicated and resilient SEN Teaching Assistants to work within a primary school in Stockton. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting children with special educational needs and are confident working with challenging behaviour. You will play a key role in helping pupils access learning, manage emotions, and develop positive behaviours within the classroom environment.

Requirements

  • Experience working with children with SEN (preferred but not essential)
  • Confidence in managing challenging behaviour
  • A calm, patient, and proactive approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
