1:1 Tutor - Newcastle (NE1)
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate 1:1 Tutor to support primary and secondary-aged students in Newcastle (NE1). This role involves delivering tailored tuition sessions to help learners achieve their academic goals and build confidence in their studies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging one-to-one tuition sessions.
- Support students with their individual learning needs.
- Plan and adapt lessons to suit different abilities.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback.
- Create a positive and encouraging learning environment.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children or young people.
- Strong knowledge of core subjects (English, Maths, and/or Science).
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
- Teaching qualification or tutoring experience is desirable.
