1:1 Tutors Needed – Maths & English – Crawley & Surrounding Areas

Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with local authorities to provide 1:1 tuition for pupils not currently accessing mainstream education (EOTAS). We are looking for passionate and patient tutors to deliver tailored support in Maths and English across Crawley and nearby areas .

These pupils often have SEND and/or SEMH needs , and your role will be vital in helping them re-engage with learning through personalised, compassionate teaching. You\’ll be planning and delivering individualised catch-up programmes, primarily at for secondary aged pupils , though these students are often working below age-related expectations.

This is an ideal role for teachers seeking flexibility , control over their workload, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young lives.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience supporting SEND or SEMH pupils (desirable but not essential)
  • The ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs
