We are recruiting a caring and dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support children and young people aged 3–18 with a range of Special Educational Needs. This is a full-time role with an immediate start, working 8.45am to 3.30pm, Monday to Friday. You will be working in a highly regarded specialist education setting set within spacious, peaceful grounds. The school is known for:

Pupils present with a variety of Special Educational Needs, including:
- Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
- Severe and complex learning difficulties
- Communication and sensory processing needs
- Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
Key Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated 1:1 support tailored to individual pupils
- Assist with learning, personal care and emotional regulation
- Encourage engagement, confidence and independence
- Work closely with teachers and specialist staff
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months childcare experience, especially supporting children with SEN needs
- Experience supporting complex or additional needs is highly desirable
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle due to the school’s location
