We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our specialist SEN school, working part-time (Monday, Wednesday & Friday) with pupils aged 4 to 19 who have Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), and Complex Needs.
About the Role:
- Support children and young people across a range of ages and developmental stages
- Create engaging, sensory-rich learning experiences tailored to individual needs
- Work closely with teachers, therapists, and families
- Provide personal care and assist with specialist equipment (full training provided if required)
About You:
- Experience in early years, nursery, or similar childcare settings
- A creative, playful approach to learning and interaction
- Patient, adaptable, and confident working with pupils with additional needs
- Passionate about inclusive education and making a real difference

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
