Teaching Personnel Liverpool Primary Team
are working in partnership with a Primary School on the Wirral to recruit an enthusiastic and committed Year 1 Teacher for a full-time teaching position starting in January 2027.

The Role:
As the successful Year 1 Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons in line with the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
- Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment that promotes excellent learning behaviours.
- Assess, monitor and support pupil progress to ensure all children reach their full potential.
- Differentiate learning effectively to meet a range of abilities and learning needs.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and parents to provide the best outcomes for pupils.
- Contribute positively to the wider life of the school community.
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a teacher who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
- Has experience teaching within Key Stage 1, ideally Year 1.
- Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills.
- Has a strong understanding of phonics and early literacy development.
- Can build strong relationships with pupils, staff and families.
- Is passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and learning.
- ECTs and experienced teachers are both encouraged to apply.
