- Is organised, proactive and confident managing a classroom independently

What makes this role special?
This is one of those schools where people enjoy coming to work. The staff are incredibly welcoming, supportive and always willing to help one another. The leadership team values its teachers, and the children are enthusiastic, polite and keen to learn.
