We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate special needs teaching assistant to join a specialist independent day school in Wolverhampton supporting students with autism, communication needs, dyslexia, and anxiety‑related barriers to learning. You’ll work in a supportive, small‑class environment, helping students develop academically, socially, and emotionally while making a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide tailored support to students in and out of the classroom

Skills & Qualifications
- GCSE Maths & English (Grade 4/C or above)
- Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or working towards)
- Understanding of safeguarding and child protection
- Experience with SEMH and/or ASD
- A valid driver’s licence and own vehicle are required to drive through school.
