The Role

  • Deliver creative and differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs
  • Support students with SEN, SEMH, and behavioural challenges

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience or strong interest in SEN, SEMH, or Alternative Provision
  • Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
  • A patient, resilient, and compassionate approach to teaching

  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
