Fully Qualified Primary Teacher
Are you a qualified teacher looking to make a real difference? We are seeking a passionate Fully Qualified Teacher (QTS) to join a supportive school based in West Berkshire, catering for primary school students.
The role:
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons.
- Support pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, and SEMH (social, emotional and mental health needs)
- Work closely with support staff, parents, and external professionals.
- Foster pupil confidence, wellbeing, and academic progress.
- Engage and enforce a safe and supportive environment for students.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- A passion for supporting children with additional needs.
- We welcome applications from teachers with both mainstream and SEN backgrounds, as full support and training will be provided.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
