Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic English Cover Teacher to join a welcoming mainstream secondary school in the Guildford/Godalming area from November through to the Christmas break.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified teacher, experienced cover teacher, or English specialist looking for a full-time role within a supportive school environment.
- Deliver engaging English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain a positive learning environment
- Follow pre-planned lessons and ensure students remain on track with their learning
- Work closely with department staff and school leadership teams
- Experience teaching or covering English within a secondary school setting
- Strong classroom management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Right to work in the UK

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
