SEND Teaching Assistant – Warrington
A supportive and well-resourced primary setting in Warrington is seeking a Teaching Assistant to work with pupils with autism, ADHD, and additional complex needs. This role will involve a combination of classroom support and personal care responsibilities, supporting pupils throughout the school day.
You will assist with learning activities, implement behaviour and communication strategies, and help pupils develop independence skills. The role will require close collaboration with teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff to ensure each pupil’s needs are met effectively.
This position will start in October 2026 and is expected to continue on a long-term basis. Personal care will be a key part of this role, and candidates must be comfortable supporting pupils in this area.
The ideal candidate will be resilient, patient, and experienced in working with children with high levels of need.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
