Cover Supervisor - Secondary Schools Across Salford, Bolton & Bury

We are recruiting confident and adaptable Cover Supervisors to work on both short-term and long-term assignments. Opportunities may also include Teaching Assistant and Exam Invigilator roles, providing excellent experience within a school setting.
The Role:
- Deliver pre-set work to classes in the absence of the classroom teacher
- Maintain positive behaviour and keep students engaged in learning
- Support pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Assist teaching staff and students where required
- Take on occasional Teaching Assistant responsibilities
- Support schools during mock exam and GCSE exam periods as an Exam Invigilator
We Are Looking For:
- Confident individuals with strong communication skills
- Previous experience working with young people is desirable but not essential
- Graduates and aspiring teachers are encouraged to apply
- Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively
- A professional and reliable approach
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
