Make a Difference as an SEMH Teaching Assistant
Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant who thrives on building positive relationships with young people?
Teaching Personnel are looking for experienced TAs in Tonbridge to support students with SEMH and a range of additional needs.
You’ll work closely with pupils who benefit from more individualised support, whether that’s 1:1 or within a small-group environment. You’ll play an important role in helping students feel supported, build confidence and access their education.
We’re looking for people who are patient, resilient and able to adapt their approach to the individual needs of each student.
Relevant experience is essential for this position, particularly experience supporting children or young people with SEND, SEMH or other additional needs.
This could be a great opportunity for an experienced TA looking to take the next step and make a genuine impact on the pupils they support.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
