Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors for schools in Westgate-on-Sea, with both short-term and long-term opportunities available.

The Role
- Supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher
- Delivering pre-set lesson work
- Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
- Supporting students with their learning
- Working across different subjects and year groups
We are looking for:
- Experience working with children or young people is desirable
- Confident classroom and behaviour management
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable, professional and adaptable
- A genuine interest in supporting students and education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
