Are you a passionate childcare professional looking for a leadership role within a welcoming primary school?
We are seeking a Childcare Co-Manager to support the day-to-day running of a busy and engaging wraparound care provision at a primary school in Swinton. Working alongside the current manager, you will help deliver high-quality breakfast, after-school and holiday club provision, ensuring children enjoy a safe, stimulating and fun environment.
Working Hours
- Core hours: 2:30pm - 6:00pm, Monday to Friday
- Potential for additional morning hours
- Opportunities to work during school holidays
The Role
- Co-manage the wraparound care provision
- Lead engaging activities that promote learning through play
- Support, motivate and guide childcare staff
- Ensure safeguarding, health & safety and childcare standards are maintained
- Build positive relationships with children, parents and school staff
Requirements
- Relevant Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience working with primary-aged children
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A commitment to providing outstanding childcare

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
