A Day in the Life… (No two days are the same!) As a Teaching Assistant in the nursery, you’ll be at the heart of the classroom, supporting young learners as they begin their educational journey. Your day might include:
- Supporting creative play, storytelling & hands‑on activities
- Helping children develop early language skills (through Welsh)
- Working 1:1 or in small groups to support learning
- Supervising outdoor play and encouraging exploration
- Providing emotional support and building confidence
- Assisting the class teacher with daily routines and activities

Who are we looking for? You don’t need to have been a Teaching Assistant before! We’re looking for individuals with transferable skills and the right attitude. This role would suit:
