Collaborate with Senior Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) and Teachers to prepare resources that meet the individual learning objectives of assigned students.

Provide 1:1 support, under the supervision of the class Teacher, for skills-based learning.

Track and report on student progress using evidence-based methods, in collaboration with the class Teacher.

Facilitate student learning by understanding their goals and targets, encouraging the practise of new skills, and promoting independence.

Provide comprehensive support to ensure the well-being and engagement of students in learning.

Provide support for all students across the school.

To provide personal care and support with physical interventions when required; for students with physical disabilities.

Adhere to Safeguarding policies and procedures to maintain a safe learning environment.

Minimum GCSE qualifications in English and Maths.

Previous experience in a similar role within an educational setting is preferred but not required. This role includes additional responsibilities beyond those of a Teaching Assistant.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
