Teaching Personnel is working with a primary school in the Llanishen area of Cardiff to recruit a committed and adaptable Teaching Assistant for their Specialist Resource Base (SRB). You will support pupils with additional needs on a 1:1 and small-group basis, helping them access learning activities both in the SRB and the wider school.
You will collaborate with teachers and support staff to deliver individualised support, fostering calm, structured learning environments and positive behaviour.
