Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting Learning Support Assistants to work within specialist schools across Southampton. We are looking for caring, resilient and adaptable individuals who are passionate about supporting vulnerable children and young people with additional needs.
The Role includes 1:1 or small group support, promoting engagement and emotional regulation, and assisting with learning activities tailored to individual needs.
