The Ideal Candidate
- Hold, or are currently working towards, Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Possess a bachelor's degree in their specialist subject area
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Can build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents
- Demonstrate strong classroom management skills and a commitment to safeguarding
- Hold an Enhanced DBS Certificate on the Update Service, or are willing to obtain one
