Do you enjoy helping children and young people overcome educational challenges? TP Tutors is seeking committed SEN Tutors to provide one-to-one tuition across Shoreham-by-Sea and surrounding areas, West Sussex.

Contract: Flexible part-time and full-time opportunities
Pay: £25 per hour
Delivery: One-to-one tuition in schools, community venues, or learners' homes

What will your day-to-day responsibilities involve?
- Plan and deliver tailored one-to-one learning sessions
- Adapt teaching methods to meet individual learner needs
- Promote confidence and encourage independent learning
- Track and record learner progress
- Work closely with families, schools, and other professionals
What experience is required?
- Experience supporting children or young people with SEN/SEND
- Previous experience in tutoring, education, mentoring, youth work, or similar settings
- Understanding of safeguarding responsibilities
- Ability to travel within Shoreham-by-Sea and nearby areas
- Strong communication skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
