We work closely with primary and secondary SEN schools across County Durham and surrounding areas, providing skilled support staff to ensure the best care and education for their pupils. As an SEN Support Worker, you’ll play a pivotal role in fostering an inclusive atmosphere where every child can thrive. You’ll collaborate with pupils, teachers, and school staff, tailoring your support to meet each child’s unique needs., * Supporting students in their learning activities and personal development.

  • Promoting pupils’ social and emotional well-being.

  • Helping maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.

  • Collaborating with classroom teachers to enhance learning experiences.

  • Assisting with the implementation of Educational Health Care Plans (EHCPs).

  • Experience supporting children or adults, whether in an educational setting or elsewhere.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
