Teaching Personnel is recruiting full-time Pastoral Support Workers to join specialist SEN schools across Fawley, Dibden, Totton, and Romsey.
The role focuses on supporting students' emotional wellbeing, behaviour, and engagement throughout the school day.
With small class sizes and collaborative teams, you will de‑escalate situations, provide 1:1 mentoring, and help pupils build routines and confidence.
Monday to Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm, £15.70 per hour.
