Full-Time | Long-Term Opportunity | January Start
Are you an experienced KS2 teacher looking for your next long-term teaching opportunity? We are currently working with a welcoming one-form entry primary school in the BL6 area of Bolton seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher to join their team from January.
This is a full-time, long-term position within a small, friendly school where staff work closely together to provide a nurturing and supportive learning environment. The successful candidate will be an experienced KS2 practitioner with a strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and the ability to deliver high-quality teaching that inspires and challenges pupils.
The Role
- Full-time Year 4 class teacher position
- Long-term role beginning in January
- Full responsibility for planning, preparation, marking and assessment
- Delivering engaging and creative lessons across the KS2 curriculum
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive
- Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents and support staff to support pupil progress
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Has recent and substantial experience teaching within Key Stage 2
- Confident delivering the full KS2 curriculum
- Strong classroom management skills and high expectations for learning and behaviour
- Able to build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and families
- Passionate about achieving the best outcomes for every child

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
