• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to make complex topics accessible to young learners.

• Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for creating a supportive learning environment.

• A degree in Education or a related field (preferred but not required).

• A starting hourly rate of £25 per hour.

• Flexible hours and locations, including the option to work remotely.

• 24-hour access to our CPD Learning Academy for continuous professional growth.

• The opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives and futures of young learners., All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
