As an Education Tutor, you will work with students from diverse backgrounds, helping them develop core skills in literacy, numeracy, and beyond. You'll create and adapt lesson plans, using creative and interactive methods to foster a love for learning and build confidence in each student. Whether it's supporting their homework, preparing them for tests, or working on foundational skills, your guidance will play a vital role in their academic journey.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons tailored to each student's learning needs and goals.
- Assess students' strengths and areas for improvement to ensure they make steady progress.
- Incorporate interactive and creative learning strategies that make learning enjoyable and effective.
- Maintain regular communication with guardians and schools, providing feedback and celebrating achievements.
- Experience in primary education or tutoring, with a deep understanding of foundational subjects.

- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm in fostering a supportive learning environment.
- Degree in Education or a related field (preferred but not required).
- A starting hourly rate of £25 per hour.
