Teaching Personnel is currently collaborating with a well-established mainstream secondary school in Poole, who are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis. The position is available for an immediate start or after Easter, depending on your availability. This role is perfect for someone passionate about education and eager to build a long-term career within a school environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting students aged 11-16, both 1:1 and in small groups.
- Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and time management.
- Encouraging students' academic and personal growth.
- Providing support for students' physical, social, and emotional well-being.
- Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.

- Previous experience working in an educational setting.
- Confidence working with children in small groups and on a 1:1 basis.
