Start Dates: November 2026

Salary: £23,000-£27,000 per annum

Your Route Into SEND Teaching Starts Here

Are you passionate about supporting children and young people with special educational needs and considering a career in teaching?

Our two-year Salaried Future Teacher Programme gives you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an SEND setting, earn a salary and work towards becoming a qualified teacher.

Rather than moving straight into formal teacher training, you'll spend your first year working within a school and gaining valuable experience supporting pupils with a range of additional needs.

You'll develop your confidence, communication skills and understanding of SEND before progressing into formal teacher training in your second year.
