Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistants to support secondary schools across Newcastle. The Role

  • Providing 1:1 and small group support to students who need additional guidance
  • Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities
  • Helping to create a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment
  • Supporting students with academic progress, confidence, and engagement
  • Working closely with teaching staff to adapt learning strategies for individual student needs
  • Applying and developing your subject knowledge within the classroom
