Teaching Personnel is working alongside a welcoming primary school in Garnant, Ammanford, seeking dedicated Learning Support Assistants to support pupils within their Nursery and Additional Learning Needs (ALN) provision.
This is a rewarding opportunity to help children develop socially, emotionally and academically within a nurturing and supportive environment.
- Supporting nursery-aged pupils and children with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
- Working 1:1 and in small groups to encourage engagement and progress
- Assisting with classroom activities and personalised learning plans
- Promoting positive behaviour, confidence and independence
- Supporting pupils with communication, emotional and social development
- Working closely with teaching staff and specialist support teams
