We are currently recruiting dedicated and passionate tutors to deliver 1:1 tuition to students in the Loughborough area. This is a fantastic opportunity to support learners on an individual basis and make a meaningful impact on their academic progress and confidence.

As a 1:1 Tutor, you will work with students who require additional support outside of a mainstream classroom setting. This may include learners with SEND, those who are currently out of education, or students needing extra academic guidance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver tailored, engaging 1:1 tutoring sessions
  • Plan lessons in line with the student's needs and curriculum requirements
  • Track and report on student progress
  • Adapt teaching strategies to suit individual learning styles
  • Build positive relationships to support student engagement and development
Requirements
  • Previous experience in tutoring, teaching, or working with young people
  • Strong subject knowledge (Primary and/or Secondary level)
  • Experience supporting SEND students is desirable
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Right to work in the UK
