- Supporting children within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Assisting with learning through play and engaging activities
- Working closely with the class teacher to promote child development and progress
- Supporting pupils' social, emotional and educational needs
- Helping to create a positive, safe and stimulating learning environment
- Holds a relevant EYFS qualification, or has significant experience working within an EYFS setting
- Has a good understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
- Is patient, enthusiastic and committed to supporting young learners
- Can build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
- Is looking for a full-time, long-term role and can commit for the duration of the placement
