A welcoming primary school in Hounslow is looking to appoint a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to support children during the most important stage of their development.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a genuine passion for Early Years education who wants to make a lasting difference to children's learning, communication and personal development.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- A Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare, Early Years or Teaching Assistant qualification (preferred)
- Experience working within a Nursery, Pre-Schools, Childcare or EYFS school setting
- A good understanding of the EYFS Framework
- Experience supporting children's communication, language and social development
- A nurturing, patient and enthusiastic approach
- The ability to build positive relationships with children, staff and parents
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Supporting children within Nursery or Reception
- Delivering engaging play-based learning activities
- Encouraging communication, language and social skills development
- Supporting children's emotional wellbeing and independence
- Assisting with observations and assessments
- Helping to create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment
- Working closely with the class teacher and wider EYFS team

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
