Teaching Personnel are working with a specialist provision in Horsham that supports boys with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs . We are seeking dedicated Learning Support Assistants who can build strong relationships and provide consistent, positive support.
This is a highly rewarding role where every small breakthrough is a big achievement.
Your role will include
- Supporting students on a 1:1 and small group basis
- Helping manage behaviour in a calm, proactive way
- Encouraging emotional regulation and confidence-building
- Assisting with engaging, practical learning activities

- Are calm, resilient, and confident in challenging situations
- Have experience in care, youth work, coaching, or similar (desirable)
