Teaching Personnel are looking to grow our team of Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to support a number of welcoming primary schools across the St Austell, Truro and Fowey areas.
As we continue to strengthen our partnerships with local schools, we're keen to connect with experienced support staff who are ready to take the next step in their education career.
This role offers the chance to have a real impact on children's learning while working across different year groups and supporting the wider school community.
As a HLTA, you may:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons during PPA cover
- Lead whole-class learning across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
- Support intervention groups
- Help raise pupil attainment and confidence
- Work closely with teachers and senior leaders
- Become a key member of the school team

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
