We're looking for a caring, enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to support pupils in a welcoming and inclusive school in Hertfordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to help children grow in confidence, develop their learning, and achieve their full potential.
What You'll Do
- Support pupils in the classroom and in small groups.
- Help create a positive, engaging learning environment.
- Encourage confidence, independence, and a love of learning.
- Work closely with teachers to help every child succeed.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Is passionate about working with primary-aged children.
- Is patient, reliable, and proactive.
- Has strong communication skills and enjoys working as part of a team.
- Has experience in schools (desirable, but not essential).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
