The Role
- Deliver engaging and creative English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with opportunities for Key Stage 5 teaching in some schools.
- Inspire a love of literature, language and communication.
- Plan and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Support students of varying abilities to achieve their full potential.
- Contribute positively to the wider school community.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A degree in English or a related subject.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A passion for student achievement and progress.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
