Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting two enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join a welcoming primary school in Cardiff.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils within the classroom to achieve their full potential
- Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging learning activities
- Support small group interventions and one-to-one learning where required
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
- Encourage children's confidence, wellbeing and independence
This thriving Cardiff primary school has over 300 pupils on roll and is known for its caring, inclusive and supportive environment. The school has a dedicated staff team who work together to provide high-quality learning experiences and ensure every child can succeed.
- Has experience working with children in a primary school setting
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Has good literacy and numeracy skills
- Is reliable, proactive and enthusiastic
- Works well as part of a team
- Is passionate about supporting children's learning and development
- Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
- EWC registration (or willingness to register)
- Right to work in the UK

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
