Collaborate with teachers and parents to support students’ academic development

Participate in outreach programmes to promote educational opportunities in English and Maths

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Experience teaching English and Maths at the GCSE level

Demonstrated ability to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in English and Maths at the GCSE level
Knowledge and Skills:

Deep understanding of the GCSE curriculum in English and Maths

Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
-
Proficiency in using educational technology and resources
Preferred Qualifications:

Postgraduate qualification in Education

Experience in providing outreach or community-based educational programmes

Temporary position with Full-Time hours

Work in a school or learners home
-
Potential travel to different locations within the East of England

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
