We are currently seeking a dedicated Functional Skills Outreach Tutor to join our team in Chelmsford, Essex. As a tutor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality educational outreach programmes to individuals in need of functional skills development. Your primary focus will be on providing support and guidance to learners in the East of England region to help them achieve their educational goals., * Deliver engaging and informative functional skills sessions to learners

Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field

Previous experience working in an educational outreach setting

Demonstrated knowledge of curriculum development and assessment techniques

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, * Experience working with adult learners

Familiarity with the UK education system and qualification frameworks

Additional teaching qualifications or certifications
This role is based in Chelmsford, Essex, with travel required to different outreach locations in the East of England region. The position is part-time, with flexible hours to accommodate learners’ schedules.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
