- Role: SEND Teaching Assistant
- Pay Rate: £95–£105 per day
- Start Date: ASAP
- Contract: Full-time, Term Time Only
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm
The Role
- Support pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, adapting learning to individual needs
- Assist in delivering EHCPs, IEPs and behaviour support plans
- Promote inclusion, independence and positive social interaction
- Support emotional wellbeing, communication and behaviour regulation
- Work closely with teachers, the SENCo and wider support staff
We’re Looking For
- Previous SEND experience (desirable but not essential)
- Transferable experience, such as care work, youth work, psychology or family SEND experience
- A patient, resilient and proactive approach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A genuine desire to learn and develop within education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
