We're working with a secondary school in Dudley that is looking to appoint a Humanities Teacher to join their team on a permanent basis.

The school is keen to hear from teachers with experience in

History, Geography or Religious Studies , and welcomes applications from both experienced teachers and ECTs.

This is a school with a strong sense of community, supportive leadership, and a department that works collaboratively to deliver an engaging curriculum.

Staff are encouraged to bring their own ideas and teaching style to the classroom while being supported by an experienced leadership team.

The Role

  • Teaching Humanities across Key Stages 3 and 4
  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons
  • Monitoring pupil progress and providing effective feedback
  • Contributing to the wider life of the school
  • Working as part of an established and supportive department

The Successful Candidate Will

  • Hold QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification
  • Have experience teaching Humanities within a secondary setting
  • Be committed to raising standards and outcomes for all pupils
  • Have strong classroom management skills
  • Be passionate about their subject and education
