The Role

  • Provide 1:1 or small group support for pupils with high needs SEN
  • Work across different primary schools, adapting quickly to new environments
  • Support children with autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH needs, and complex learning difficulties
  • Assist teachers in delivering accessible and engaging lessons
  • Help manage behaviour and support emotional regulation
  • Follow guidance from class teachers and SENCOs to meet pupil needs
  • Step into classrooms at short notice with confidence and a positive attitude
