The Role
- Provide 1:1 or small group support for pupils with high needs SEN
- Work across different primary schools, adapting quickly to new environments
- Support children with autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH needs, and complex learning difficulties
- Assist teachers in delivering accessible and engaging lessons
- Help manage behaviour and support emotional regulation
- Follow guidance from class teachers and SENCOs to meet pupil needs
- Step into classrooms at short notice with confidence and a positive attitude
