Supervise and manage classroom activities in the absence of the regular teacher

Ensure student behaviour is in line with school policies

Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and provide assistance to students as needed

Keep accurate records of student attendance and report any issues to the appropriate staff

Support the learning environment and contribute to a positive educational experience

GCSEs or equivalent qualifications in English and Mathematics

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage a classroom and engage students effectively, Previous experience working in an educational setting is desirable but not essential, * Strong classroom management skills

Basic understanding of educational principles

Ability to work independently and follow instructions
This role involves working within a school environment, following school hours and term dates. The individual may need to adapt to different classroom settings and student groups.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
